Our service agreement, payment terms, and your rights as a customer
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sun King Pool Services' website and the pool maintenance and repair services we provide. By requesting a quote, entering into a service agreement, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sun King Pool Services ("Sun King," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed and insured pool service company serving Tampa and Orlando, Florida.
Sun King Pool Services provides weekly residential and commercial pool maintenance, repair, and equipment services. Our standard residential service agreement includes:
Service scope for commercial accounts, one-time cleanups, and repair jobs will be specified in a written quote or service order.
Month-to-Month Agreement: Residential service agreements are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts required. You may cancel at any time with reasonable notice (see "Cancellation" below).
Residential pool service is billed on a monthly basis. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each service month and are due upon receipt.
Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before implementing a rate increase for existing customers.
You may cancel your monthly service at any time. To cancel, simply notify us in writing (email is acceptable) at least 7 days before your next billing cycle begins. You will not be charged for the following month, and your final service visit will be your last scheduled visit before the cancellation date.
We reserve the right to discontinue service with appropriate notice if an account becomes significantly past due or if site conditions make service unsafe.
We stand behind every visit. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Our guarantee covers the quality of our routine maintenance work. It does not cover conditions caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, third-party equipment failures, or issues introduced between scheduled visits.
To receive uninterrupted service, customers are responsible for:
If our technician cannot safely access the pool on a scheduled day, that visit may be skipped without credit or rescheduling unless prior notice was given.
Repair work and equipment replacements are quoted separately from routine maintenance. We will always provide a written estimate before performing non-routine work, unless emergency conditions require immediate action to prevent damage. In that case, we will notify you as soon as practicable.
Sun King Pool Services performs all work to professional industry standards. However, our liability is limited as follows:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sun King Pool Services, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any conditions at your property not caused by us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with any written service agreement or quote, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sun King Pool Services regarding our services and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
